On the morning of October 16, 2023, Hubei Humanwell Pharmaceutical Excipients Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as HumanwellCaps) and the School of Management of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as “HUST School of Management”) held a signing ceremony in Wuhan for the “HumanwellCaps Internationalization Strategy Horizontal Project.” This signing marks a deepening and tangible implementation of their existing strategic cooperation framework, aimed at jointly exploring new paths for the company's international development.

Mr. Huang Wenhua, Chairman of Hubei Kornnac Biotechnology Group Co., Ltd. and Director of HumanwellCaps, and Professor Yang Zhi, Dean of the HUST School of Management, signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties. This collaboration is not an isolated event but a natural extension of their long-term strategic partnership. As early as October 2021, the two parties established a strategic cooperation framework and have since carried out fruitful exchanges and cooperation in various fields, including EMBA practical teaching, corporate talent training, and case study research.

Amid the wave of global economic integration, internationalization has become an essential path for enterprises to achieve sustainable development and enhance their market share and core competitiveness. Mr. Huang Wenhua, Director of HumanwellCaps, elaborated on the strategic significance of this partnership in his speech. He pointed out that collaborating with the HUST School of Management serves a dual purpose: first, to formulate a scientific and effective strategic plan for HumanwellCaps global layout; second, to systematically build a talent pipeline for international business management and marketing. Professor Yang Zhi, Dean of the HUST School of Management, also expressed high hopes for the partnership. As a professional management research institution, the School actively embraces its social responsibilities by conducting management consulting and training programs. Dean Yang emphasized that the School will fully leverage its advantages in professional expertise and resource linkage to fully support HumanwellCaps’ internationalization process, truly achieving the cooperative goal of “complementary advantages, collaborative innovation, and common development.”
